I specialize in combining psychology and yoga to meet the individual needs of my clients.  I offer private sessions that address mental and emotional issues through the body.  I’m especially qualified to work with PTSD, Complex Trauma, Anxiety disorders, Bipolar Disorder, and Depression.  Sometimes, a session is more-talk based, while others are mostly movement; I respond to what my clients present in the moment, with the larger context of healing and actualization in mind.   My ultimate goal is to help my clients deepen their awareness and understanding of their mind/body connection so that they are better able to mindfully shift patterns that facilitate their growth and healing.
